Pros
Pension is great, the benifits are very good. It's a very reliable career and there's plenty of opertunity for advancement.
Cons
There's a constant shuffle in management. "reinventing of the wheel" someone will come in and try something that was done 5 years earlier.
Pros
there are great employee benefits. good working environment with overall great coworkers
Cons
sometimes tedious work but try to make the best of it.
Pros
- good benefits
- charitable and community focus
- strong financial discipline
- good people
Cons
- frequent reorganizations
- silo work on projects
- bureaucracy
- good work is not always recognized
Advice to Senior Management
- look at bigger picture and dont' just prioritize tactical results, better support the growth and remuneration of your employees
Pros
fast paced, cares about people and teamwork
Cons
large and bureaucratic, too many silos
Pros
Average Pay, Benefits, Stock purchase plan. Large growing corporation with an upward stock price. Company was flush with cash for any business purpose.
Cons
"Passion for change" value should be "Passion for Positive change". The constant change in this company is not warranted. The decisions of numerous departments above the customer service level compounded daily at customer serving level. No respect for CSR position. Many departments sent offshore. Advancement is a popularity contest.
Advice to Senior Management
At least look like you are working hard. Nothing is worse than busting your butt selling, resolving issues, billing, and accounting in a time sensitive environment only to see your boss or other management chit chatting or spending half an hour in the Tim's coffee lineup. I know people in management who spent years playing World Of Warcraft on the job.
Pros
Flexible work hours
Descent Pay
Ability to work from home
Cons
Politics......
Too scaled back (too many projects not enough people)
Pros
Great people, benefits are solid, good use of technology, good processes and overall culture around client experience is very strong.
Cons
Management sometimes incompetent or hampered by pressures to perform.
Advice to Senior Management
Revamp the entire career development program. It's busy work and not used.
Pros
Great people that work in the same role to talk to.
Cons
No work life balance. Experienced people get the late shifts and newbies or ones that kiss you know what get the early shifts. Mostly late shifts. Low pay for high stress job. Benefits were average.
Advice to Senior Management
Achieve actual work/life balance dont just talk about it.
Pros
Good people
Flexible work style
Good training chance
Cons
Not aggressive to lead in industry
Pros
Easy going, informal and fun place to work. Hard work is encouraged and job empowerment is encouraged. The teams are close knit and help each other out as much as they can.
Cons
Salary is not even within departments. Although there are some standardized procedures going on. There can be a big discrepancy in salary within a team for two people doing the exact same job.
Advice to Senior Management
