Pros
great co-workers
working from home is possible
pay is good compare to competition
possibility of moving up in the company
Cons
not very flexible in allotting personal time
hard to get employee feedback move up the food chain
discussion not always welcome
Advice to Senior Management
should take employee feedback more seriously as they are often on the front-line and aware sometimes of the clients needs
Pros
Good pay and benefits. Flexible schedule for part time work during school. Fun and friendly coworkers. Great discounts on phones.
Cons
Not a solid career. Dislike company ethics and selling techniques. Not a fulfilling job. Lack of communication between management and sales reps.
Advice to Senior Management
Care more about the clients, and a little less about making money. Stop making the sales targets so competitive between employees and between stores.
Pros
It's a big company so it have it's pro and con, good health benefits, in house retirement plan and share plan.
Cons
Salary and career advancement are above the average of similar sized company. Not that much training session and outdated technology.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire people that have the knowledge of their respective field of work, ie accountant for accounting, finance mba for finance management ect...
Pros
A company that offers a lot of different careers within the same organisation. High performance culture that will reward constant effort and respectful behavior. There are good benefits and performance bonuses. The executive leadership team is experienced and recognized all over the world for their competence, their strategy and corporate reporting. Also, I never worked in a better company in terms of the overall respect and cooperation that employees show to each other. It's surprisingly easy to talk honestly to your support person about how you feel and your career goals too. Everybody is working towards the same goal: excellence in client satisfaction & profitable growth!
Cons
As the organisation gets larger, there is sometimes heavier bureaucracy. Lots of forms to fill out for anything that you're looking for. Because the management also cares a great deal about investors & the share price, naturally, there is also very tight budget spending, and sometimes exciting projets will be pushed to the next year in the name of cost control.
Advice to Senior Management
Re-orient the company towards "The future is friendly"! A lot of things, like rate plans and self-service are getting too complex and can frustrate the clients. Our solutions should be easy to sell, easy to use, and friendly to the client. Unleash the power of the brand with future-friendly propositions!
Pros
Salary is good. Workplace is very respectful. Lot of meetings are scheduled so you know where the company is going. Offices are fairly good sizes. There are a lot of programs for advancement in either job-related topics, and also more general stuff. If there are new positions available that requires more knowledge, it is possible to get that info easily.
Cons
Very repetitive work depending on the position, hard to have any special projects. It is quite long and complicated whenever you have inquiries about anything regarding your schedule, pay discrepency, vacation allotment, benefits. You always have to submit forms that are all over the place, sometime hard to find. THere are a lot of specific processes that changes that we are not always told.
Advice to Senior Management
I would divide more special projects amongst the team
