    Pros

Great work and life balance, Great benefits, no real stress, decent pay, opportunities for growth, managers were frequently great (some of them could be a pain), so many departments and jobs to choose from.

    Cons

Call center environment makes the job excruciatingly repetitive, don't feel like really talking to anyone at the end of my shift because that's all you did all day, not enough challenges to keep you motivated (need to continuously move up to get them), not immune to typical job politics (promotions given to the biggest suck up), tough to get the schedule you want if there's a lot of seniority in the department

    Advice to Management

Should allow breathers between phone calls, should stop micromanaging, no need to be so tough on employees for petty things, should make the employees feel more appreciated, should feel needed (not used)

    Pros

Only the pay, every year they send out a survey to see what motivates employees to stay there and every year the wage is the number one answer...the only reason why people stand working there for as long as they have.

    Cons

Terrible direct report management, worst I've ever seen,
    Terrible transparency
    Kindergarden ambiance
Terrible business etiquettes shown by management
Terrible communications all over the map...management/employee/support teams

    Advice to Management

Promote educated employees not smucks who barely know what business etiquettes are...appreciate true talent and set a higher value for hard working employees.

    Pros

    Competitive salary
    Great benefits
    Great training and learning opportunities

    Cons

A very tough corporate environment to grow within. Lack of opportunities to move upwards. The revolving door is continuous, as there is quite a lot of employee remorse due to lack of opportunities for upward career advancement. Some co-workers were great. Others were back-stabbers who were very self centred and would do anything negative to get management recognition, even at the expense of their own fellow co-workers. Management was guilty of openly showing favouritism to employees they cared more about. Career advancement here solely depends on your manager's approval. If they didn't like or approve of your work, you're stuck wherever you are for the longest time ever, even if you requested to move to another team in a similar role. They would pretend they were satisfied with your work, but would ever recommend you for a promotion. Overall, it's a great place to start off, experience wise, but in terms of building a career, you're in for a very tough challenge ahead.
