    Treated well but no room for fast growth

    Pros- The ability to work from home
    - Competitive wage and benefits when compared to market
    - Big company so lots of different areas to move into

    Cons- Opportunities for new roles do not come up often and very hard to get in unless you know people
    - Management process constantly changing but not necessarily for the better at times

    Great company to gain industry knowledge - poor company for advancement, salary increases, too much process/red tape

    Leadership under imbecile directors and managers

    ProsGreat Health benefit, resonable starting salary, flexible working hours and work from home allowed.

    ConsPromotions and raise depend on politics and oiling. Lots of imbeciles have been promoted to directors and managers positions.
