    Pros

    Always new experiences and learning. Lots of room for creativity and growth. It's safe to fail ...and try again. I love that I can work from home - remotely! What a gift 😃

    Cons

    No complaints that can't be negotiated. Pace is fast so you need to embrace ambiguity and if you can do that - all is well. Check us out!

    Great vision and corporate ethics. Promotion opportunities without a degree abound for those that display initiative.

    Some areas aren't well managed. Utilize resource groups and networking to move around if you can.

    Stick to the strategy and respect your team. If the whole team feels they have a role and are important and valued, everyone wins!

    Cons

    Great teams with opportunity for growth Could work from home a few days a week Discounts on home and mobile products Competitive salary

    Cons

    A big company so difficult to get promotions / move up sometimes Reshuffling and restructuring can hurt morale when it happens Poor recognition structure (rarely got recognized for hard work) Some terrible managers, depending on the specific team.

    Increase employee recognition...hire competent managers in all areas
