Pros – Good work, if one have right attitude then can go a long way in his career. lot of onsite opportunity. Nice working environment

Cons – Will get team lead responsibility but one won't get the designation till you complete minimum number of experience at certain level.

Advice to Senior Management – HR should treat employees as their clients and not the other way.

Pros – Not much pressure of work, some teams get good work

Cons – Good work and hard working people are not exactly rewarded. Hkes and appraisals are just given as company wide basis

Pros – Growth in terms of technology is good although some traditional technologies on what you will be working on . Good people around

Cons – less onsite opportunities, work life balance is not that good over here. Project switching is difficult

Pros – used to have lot of senior engineers who were assigned as mentors. can learn a lot in short time

Cons – no clear project road map. very bad perks and hikes. many senior employees were dissatisfied and quit

3. Good manager and free to talk to senior managers.

Cons – 1. No proper Companies transport facility. Should own our own transport facility.
2. No Proper Food Facility.

You will gain ownership of some modules in short duration.

Cons – A puzzled management policies. The policies are so flexible that they change as and when they speak.
No respect to employers feeling.
