Chaos!!! It's like a very dysfunctional family where the "rules" constantly change and you never know what they are.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsDecent starting salary, (just don't ever expect to get a raise, even when your job responsibilities multiply). I met some very good co-workers who have become lifelong friends.

ConsThey cannot manage their finances, and have no clue about how to manage people. I cannot believe they have "managed" to stay in business. They do have some really AMAZING nurses and physical therapists who have somehow stayed on staff (they overwork the nurses nearly to death), and these excellent professionals are the soul of the business. (There is a VERY high turn-over rate for nurses and nurse managers/clinical directors.) Other non-clinical staff are largely devalued, unappreciated, and treated like they are brainless, despite having college degrees and years of experience. There is a no organization at all. There is no well-thought out plan. Instead, the "VP's" are scrambling around like headless chickens all the time, trying to throw together something that meets the new "vision" of the week that the CEO literally dreamed about. It is really crazy!!!

Advice to Senior ManagementSTOP!!!! Breathe!! Think!! PLAN! Beta-test!!! You really do not need to re-invent the wheel each time!! DON'T JUMP in before you test the water!!! You obviously do not know everything, so LISTEN to others who know how to do it successfully!!!! Let go of some of that ego!!! Less FLUFF, more SUBSTANCE!!! Quit changing everything every few months!!!!!!!! Most of all, LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE TO EVERYONE!! YOU are creating your own chaos!

No respect for its employees, little opportunity for advancement, no raise in pay

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Savannah, GA

ProsSome coworkers can be great to work with. The support of fellow coworkers make the job bearable.

ConsThe management has no considerations for it employees, they do not listen to the complains for the employees. They will work the employee base to the point of exhaustion. There are no raises or promotions, the company grants very few if any PTO for the employees. As an employee you are expected work at times 15 hours a day with no breaks or lunch. The management will tell you one thing but never follow through. The do a lot of lip services with no real intentions of doing anything that is promised. As a new employee many things are promised, later they are forgotten or just never done at all. The company does not offer adequate healthcare and raises are not given; it is sad to say there are some employees that have been at the company for years and have never received a raise.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease consider revamping your management team. The general feeling that your employees have that the can not talk to management is not conducive to a positive work environment. You style of management leaves much to be desired and the individuals that you have in the positions do little to foster a feeling of confidence. Employees are met with condescending attitudes and stand off behavior when attempting to communicate with the individuals in management.

Fine for a temporary job-not long term

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsYou consistently get paid on time. Great co-workers and patients.

ConsDisorganized. No communication. Bullying from some management. Mixed messages. If you ask questions, you are disloyal. You will only get a raise when you put in notice to quit. Lipservice.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your people. Ask for their opinions and expertise before making sweeping changes that could go a lot smoother if you'd think it through first & get input instead of rushing to the change then making excuses.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
