    Pros

Learned a lot working in this job. I loved working with people. Met many many different types of people and saw many historical items that I would never have had the opportunity to see first hand in my life.

    Cons

Greed and Divorce were the demise of the company.

    Pros

Great co-workers, ability to work with rare items, knowledge of antiques and rare coins

    Cons

No benefits, lack of management, no planning for future, poor treatment of employees

    Advice to Management

A company is only as good as its employees, if you would treat them as such instead of disposable things you would create loyal employees who want to not only work hard, but make your company advance
