I have been working at TJ Maxx part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere and chances to move up for those who do well.

    Cons

Just the same as any other customer service job, you have to deal with all sorts of people.

    Advice to Management

Everything is going well, I enjoy working here and managers are pretty good at listening to associates and making modifications if problems arise.

I have been working at TJ Maxx part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good hourly pay. Good student job. Flexible. Fast pace so the day goes by quick.

    Cons

Only 10% discount. I mean it's normal but still I wished it was higher. They don't accept tardies or absences. You have a certain limit on tardies a year. Only 15 minute break.
