    Pros

The managers are always willing to work with you when it comes to your hours.
There are "competitions" made up by corporate that include prizes for the winning store.
A lot of opportunities for advancement (Coordinator, Manager, etc.)

    Cons

Despite getting makeovers, most of the stores' breakrooms have stayed in the 1990's.
Corporate management seems a bit out of touch with their employees. They often make surprise visits in which they speak to the managers but completely ignore regular employees.

    Advice to Management

Store/district management is wonderful, but regional management could be a bit friendlier.

    Pros

I get to do multiple task each day to keep it from becoming to much of a routine which makes it bearable.

    Cons

High expectations are placed on everyone and I don't feel you get recognized for hard work you do.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to let your associates know that you appreciate their work, but more so I believe higher level associates such as coordinators or key carriers should get even more recognition for their work at keeping the buisiness flowing smoothly.

    Friendly coworkers

    Cons
