    Pros

Management is nice, customers aren't too bad.there were opportunities to grow however I declined because I already work hard and don't get paid so why accept the higher position for a 25 cent pay raise. Heck no.

    Cons

I've worked retail for a while now and have never seen a store where there is no teamwork. Annoying. I value my team and the fact that we lack that at this store makes it hard to work here. We are constantly pressured to work harder, two people I. The entire store are responsible for putting out all of the product that we receive on a DAILY basis. Coordinators do way more than regular part time associates and we only get paid a dollar more than minimum wage?? Not worth the pay. I'm currently looking for a better job that actually pays me for all that I am doing cause this 10 an hour is not cutting it at all. I was worried when switching companies to come here but I thought it would be different, more people scheduled on the floor at a time. But future coordinators beware!! That when you work they will only have you on the sales floor, with no help whatsoever. This definitely is not any different from any other retail stores like I had hoped. At least one other person to help me on the floor but nope. We don't have the payroll.

    Advice to Management

To corporate: invest money I your company in order to double your profits. Customers will shop more if they can find everything they are looking for in a cleaner space.

    Pros

Meet new people on the register. Job is very isn't but very tedious when customers mess up for you to clean up. Get paid weekly

    Cons

The store is always hiring that means you'll never get more than 20hrs. We work long nights & your work every where in the store which is pretty annoying! Something if I work a closing shift (9:30pm) I wouldn't get home until 12 at night. When i first started one of the managers were very rude and didn't take the time out to learn my name. Training is not properly done so I hope you know something! And it's over 50 people that work there so be prepared to be stared at and wondered about for about 3 months! Everybody ISNT NICE! And the discount SUCK it's only 10%

    Advice to Management

Be more hands on, not so mean to the employees. Employees should feel comfortable not scared when a manager walk past!
