    Pros

Not hard to get the job, really fun store

    Cons

Employee discount only 10%, minimum wage, and they make you talk about credit cards with all customers which is annoying.

Former Employee - Backroom Associate in Virginia Beach, VA

    Pros

it is hard to get fired, minimal responsibility, very easy job to learn, flexible hours, weekly pay is good

    Cons

no room for growth, pay is minimal, hours are hard to come by, the more experience you get the less hours you get, horribly managed, too many authority figures with no single model to follow, not enough hours for a reasonable workload, too much outside hiring

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

change the policies so that they don't contradict each other. they do not work for the store level. Mgmt needs more guidance on how to build a better successful model

    Pros

    Good pay and paid weekly.

    Cons

60 plus hours a week. The district manager is always in your business, a puppet master. The open door policy is only for associates, if you use it as a manager you will be on the district managers bad list.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep your opinions to yourself. Come to work and do your job and be a yes person.
