Advice to Senior Management
stop hiring college graduates with degrees in psychology, socialogy, etc. that have no interest in becoming a buyer other than for free travel and free dinners. Focus on fashion forward employees in planning/buying if that is the direction you want your company to go in. If you want to stay behind the trends, stay with hiring psychology majors.

Advice to Senior Management
(Store level) Stop focusing all of your negative attention on the employees who do their jobs. Put more effort into thoroughly training your employees so you do not see the same issues over and over. Enforce the rules with everybody, not just specific people. (Upper levels) Think about putting more payroll into the stores to improve low percentages. Floor workers can only do so much, especially when they're scarce.
Pros
competitive salary and benefits. large corporation, room for advancement
Cons
too many chiefs, not enough indians.
Advice to Senior Management
too stringent with policies, there are exceptions to rules
