    Pros

Nice office and facility. Decent cafeteria. Inexpensive food. Health benefits are the only great thing about the job. Cozy lounge areas with a lot of sunlight.

    Cons

If you are educated, willing to learn, and looking for advancement opportunities, don't waste your time here. If you want a rewarding career where you can develop new skills, this is not where you want to invest your time at.

Managers and supervisors will promote their friends who are not qualified. If the job requirements says bachelors degree and the applicants with Masters and Bachelors degree are being passed up to someone who does not have that or the work experience, there's your first indicator that talent isn't a top priority. Managers already have their desire person picked for positions that are posted internally, don't waste your time applying. Most are only posting it to meet the company posting time frames.

There are very little rewards and no matter how hard you work, you will not be properly compensated. Your annual review and bonus are only a 2 to 2.5 increase from your current salary, even if you earned higher than a 3 on your review on a 1-5 scale.

Don't expect team work environment. Everyone is looking out for only themselves and will throw you under the bus to get ahead.

Communication is very poor, from every level of the job. Your own department will not share any information with you, including your own teammates. Most people have a protect my job mentality by making sure they are the only ones that know and not sharing information with anyone else they feel can replace them. Very insecure employees.

If you want to know what high school is like with people who have never progressed on from that moment in their life, this is the place to be.

    Advice to Management

You should take a close look at the people you have in place running certain departments. Your middle managers need training or they need to be replaced. They have not realize how valuable employees can be. They have no clue what their employees are doing and don't care.

    Pros

    Nice clean facility and 401k.

    Cons

Terrible management. Work ethic is awful. Very Micromanaged. Very unorganized structure and all over the place with projects. One of the Managers used to pull your time from when you entered the building and count the minutes you were late ( that being 1-2 minutes passed 8:00) meanwhile she was late everyday (2hours) for one reason or another and instead of actually working she was sitting there tallying up the time you "owed her" and didn't factor in any of the overtime you did. Also would make rude comments about you, making you feel like you're in a bullied environment. Over all very very unprofessional atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach, take advice from your management courses that you teach to the rest company.
