A great little place to work part time

Licensed Real Estate Agent (Current Employee) Chestnut Hill, MA

ProsFlexible hours and excellent way to supplement income. The owner is friendly, helpful and eager to assist you in being successful.

ConsIt is a small office a little farther removed from any high walking or driving traffic. There is a little lack of advertisement in the local area that makes it harder for people to recognize.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe only advice I could give would be to make a more active push toward recruiting more sales persons. They really could use an all out effort of hiring.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Bosses favour "Yes Sir persons" in order to gain their own personal recognition

    Procurement Specialist (Current Employee)

ProsTo earn money since jobs are difficult to find in Malawi. TNM is the first mobile telephone company in Malawi and therefore technology is high.

ConsGood Performance appraisal, salary increase, promotion and recognition can only be achieved if your relationship with the boss is good and if you do not question any decision that the supervisor makes wherether the decision is good or bad.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease the leadership must closely monitor what their senior managers are doing not just listening to what they say because innocent junior staff are victimised for being open in giving their views

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
