    TNT Major Account Managers in Chicago, IL:   (Past Employee - 2008)

    Pros

    Lots of potential business in International. Strong EU product and service. Goog upper management and an entrepreneurial experience to boot.

    Cons

    Technology is lacking and no domestic aircraft means that this company relies entirely on commercial aircraft to move packages outside the US.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Stop trying to compete with UPS and FedEx and try to carve out your own little niche in the marketplace.
