The office in Aberdeen is a great place to work.
Good atmosphere, motivated and skilled workforce

Working with HQ in Paris can be difficult

As technical culture is pushed by management, people grow should also been pushed into responsabilities. Management need to be more focused on manage people and let them grow.

i dont really have bad experience when work for them. it just sometime you just stand by in the office doing nothing.

might not recognize your contribution, but this is because of the size. can sometimes be not flexible to match your expectations specifically with regards to expatriation.

keep a record of what your employees have done so that not to miss talented staff... the rest is great - good job!

huge company, supposedly great opportunities , strong leadership, technologically excellent, and of course the usually good french people

too big to really address some issues, a lil aloof from the issue of career development of the employee , lack of complete information sharing, not great competency mapping

french sneaky management, no leadership, no passion, poor training, career development based on tenure rather than skills, bad conditions for mobility in (housing, wife, family).
