    I have been working at TPL Trakker full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    This company introduced vehicle tracking and fleet management in Pakistan.
    Provided excellent packages to senior managers, AVPs, VPs and C-levels
    Get to learn so much about GPS, satellite, GSM, GPRS, LBS technology
    If you get a chance to indulge with the Chairman, you would feel that you have met someone who is far superior that anyone alive, he is a legend.

    Cons

    If you are one level or two levels below the CEO, you are susceptible to verbal aggression and maybe even abuse.
    HR department is very weak, as they are merely paper pushers.
    Managers usually do not appreciate their subordinates as they don't get it from their bosses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change your perception of employees. Think more about their growth by providing them compulsory training and improvement workshops.

    Different & interesting work like (car's recovery & trakker installation )

    Cons

    Organization never provide any kind of training on software's.
    Lack of educated staff.
    Backward people.

    * Do some thing for the welfare of your employees
    * Clear HR policies & JD's of employees.
    * Remove the communication Gap between Employees & employer plzzzz.
    * Train your employees.
