I have been working at TRF

    Pros

Relaxed work environment, employee friendly management and good work-life balance. Being a TATA group it also adds to the brand name.

    Cons

Opportunities of growth are limited and so is the scope to learn. Pay is below par compared to market standards and performance of the company is dis satisfactory.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should run the setup a little more professionally, enrich the knowledge level and skills of its employees through training, knowledge sharing etc and pave the way to grow more aggressively
