    Pros

Small, up and coming IWMS software and professional services company. Opportunity to work as a professional services consultant. Very intelligent, committed colleagues.

    Cons

A real class system there. Almost all professional service consultants had only half cubes to work in. These were really a long counter separated by narrow partitions. When I interviewed and asked where I'd be working, the manager vaguely indicated an area of reasonably sized cube spaces. Favoritism, inconsistently applied perks. Expected to work nights, weekends, holidays.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees directly interfacing with the client, representing you and your product, with respect and equity.Teach management skills to new managers.
