    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

    - Space to sit - work PC - Lighting - Washroom - Fridge - TV - some old lab tools

    Cons

    - Management is extremely incapable and incompetent - Senior staff running the company are the ones who failed to get decent jobs elsewhere, so here they act like emperors and can show immense disrespect towards junior staff - As a tech. incubation company, one would expect creativity is encouraged. Not here! - Jobs don't match job descriptions!! - Much of the work not relevant to industry - Survives on government grants, and the government will not fund this organization forever for lack of industry relevance

    Advice to Management

No hope if things go at the current rate. - Mgt. needs major change and company needs to refocus its goals; else - Shut down the company and save taxpayer's money
