good place to work, get experience in multiple fields as well as knowledge in different manufacturing processes. opportunity to develop global relationships.
Cons
most as a direct effect on the type of industry and current climate, there is a limited amount of people to work with
Advice to Senior Management
Based on recent company financials, trw is performing well however, it is time to recruit more personnel to cover the market's turn around.
