I have been working at TSA (Transportation Security Administration) full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

I enjoy working with public. Learning about security in so many phases, and training. Working with associates new and old.

    Cons

The changes in operational procedure's seem to contradict and create miscommunication between associates due to limited time to study new procedure's.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Speak to the security officers on the front line and get their suggestions. Give TSO'S more time to study and get a clearer understanding of the mission.

    Cons

I can not say much for cons...people are people and in this position one deals with many personalities. I find it makes the day go faster.
