Pros
It was one of the best facilities to work in. it is null and void now because of closure of facility.
Cons
there really isn't much. sometimes, II wished they had put out more formal skills training (state / national recognized certs) that can be used elsewhere.
Advice to Senior Management
closing the place is a big mistake. Your competition loves you and you will most likely lose some customers because of it
