Pros

TTM offers good pay and is led by mgmt who knows how to achieve profitability in a difficult market. They have an annual sales conference that is pretty entertaining and offers employees a chance to mingle and learn about the latest product developments.

Cons

Middle management is poor and company mentality is not customer service focused. The company is always right and never willing to be flexible for customers. TTM typically prices their products higher then the competition so it is not always easy to secure business in this very price competitive market. Asian markets are really hurting the big North American PCB shops.

Advice to Senior Management

Put the customer first! Offer better development tools to your sales people. Keep a close eye on middle level mgmt.
