I have been working at TTi Global full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people and great company. A family environment and great culture. I love the open office concept; no cubes. The CEO is a great leader who inspires you to work harder. There is a yoga studio and classes in the office.

    Cons

It's a very flat organization. There is not a lot of room for upward mobility unless you are willing to work outside of the country.

    Pros

The family built a business off the back of a number of key associates. The family has benefitted. This is just a temp agency that now believes that the management staff are driving this business. News to you...your customer and this market drives you. You do nothing innovative.

    Cons

Legalized global pimping. This is your business? Please sell the place to an organization that will change the culture and actually develop people.

    Advice to Management

Go learn something about people and actually operating a legitimately growing business. Develop a product or do something innovative

I worked at TTi Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people who actually do the work are smart, capable people.

    Cons

The smart, capable people are led by non-leaders. The work culture works like this, "Welcome! Here is a crap ton of work for which you are responsible. The project is behind it deadlines. The customer, who hates you by association, is free to ignore scope and demand anything and everything while making changes to standards and expectations on a whim. If the stress doesn't kill you, wait until we add responsibilities with no compensation."

    Advice to Management

If your front office talent flees your business, there is a problem. If your department managers die like untended houseplants, there is a problem. If your best recommendation is to fire all of the project managers, there is a problem. If your troops are dying in the field or deserting, there is a problem. Realize that what you have done in the past is NOT working. Set *measurable* goals for your leadership and get. out. of. the. way.

I worked at TTi Global full-time

    Pros

No micromanaging Good work/life balance relaxed atmosphere Causal attire - jeans Work from home policy

    Cons

No raises Limited number of time off with a "use it or lose it" time off policy No sick/or personal days. No career advancements - no matter what they tell to you, something always comes up. Hidden clique

    Advice to Management

I worked in the corporate office and I won't lie for the most part I didn't have any issue. The atmosphere/employees are relaxed and as long as you are doing your job no one will bother you. You will start off by thinking this is a great place to work and it is... if you don't want to move up in your career or want a raise. Management - If you are telling your employees one thing, commit to doing it. Remember it's your employees who make your company. When you treat them well, they respect you. Treat them poorly, then eventually they will become frustrated, lose respect for you, and leave. There is an underlying clique which can be beneficial if you are in it, however if you're not... good luck.

I have been working at TTi Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good work life balance with flexible work hours.

    Cons

There is a difference between the reviews of the Contract workers and the Full time workers at TTi however they are not too off with how bad TTi actually is. If you are looking for advancement go to McDonalds you will actually advance with them. TTi Global will never actually promote its employee's. If you want to work in the same position you got hired in at for the rest of your career then TTi is the place for you. Oh and perks of TTi like actual competitive PTO time or 401K match hang it up McDonald's still offers better if there was a 0 i would have used it.

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees
