Pros – Efficient structure,
Entertainment in head office
Cons – Pay
company culture is ageing, not as suitable for younger 'go employees'
Advice to Senior Management – more opportunities needed for growth in that it's quite difficult to progress, so opportunities are more likely else where

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Great people, fun environment, outstanding travel benefits. Pay pretty good for travel industry and the brand is prestigious in the industry.
Cons – Lack of progression opportunities, particularly in between departments. Luton location rather sterile but they do their best to keep staff entertained despite being away from bright lights of London.
Advice to Senior Management – Invest in people with dedicated training programmes and don't be short sighted and assume people want to stay in the same department for all their career
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Spacious and modern working environment.
Cons – A bemoth of a company too big to run efficiently. Waste is rife and governance and controls severly lacking for a FTSE100. Change takes forever and in many areas there is no apetite for it.
Advice to Senior Management – Performance manage your teams
