Pros

Great brand name, Great pay, Great opportunities to see your work being broadcasted on national news network. If you are lucky then you are able to meet celebrities and work in an extremely fast paced environment, some people are really humble, espl the older and more established journos, they really understand the hard work that goes into creative work but the new age babies that are churned out of Tv Today Media Institute have this air of entitlement which never works anywhere. Even I am not that old or been in the industry for a long time but yet I did not have that air.

Cons

No lunch breaks, no dinner breaks, no breakfast breaks, you really have to beg for time between work to grab a meal. You report to work on time but you never leave before 12 - 14 hours. Thankfully I was single but I felt sorry for the married ones coz they never got to see their family or kids or their spouses. Please do not work here if u want family life. They are not sensitive to your family or personal needs. THis acts more like a grooming school for NDTV, If u want to go there, u must pass TVTN.
