Cons
Fast food environment means grumpy customers
Advice to Senior Management
Treat employees with dignity in front of customers
Pros
Free taco bell all the time for me and my boys
Cons
Not enough over time is available for rising stars like myself
Advice to Senior Management
Be more awesome
Pros
The people that work their are great. The pay is comparable to other fast food restaurants. You are pretty good.
Cons
Taco Bell is open 24 hours so there are times when you have to work hours that you don't consider to be the greatest.
Pros
there are very few of them but...They pay more (12 cents more an hour) if you have open availibity.
Cons
Management never put up the work schedule until the last day. They would schedule more people than they needed and would send me home a lot. Sometimes only 30 minutes after I got there. The resturant was always dirty. Management never took it upon themselfs to do things that needed to be done such as ordering my uniform. My manager even forgot about my interview before I got the job and left me to interview with a shift leader.
Advice to Senior Management
Stay organized. Let employees work their entire shift instead of sending them home.
Pros
Not really a demanding job.
Can be done by anybody (as proven by the people management hires)
Cons
Political, Very political. Shift managers aren't really "management", but act as if they are. They'll go out of their way to hire their friends that cannot perform well enough for this already low standard job.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't let an 18 year old be a shift manager that acts like a pure high school student.
Pros
Good environment
Fast Pace
Company treats employees with respect.
Cons
No weekends off
50 hour weeks
Advice to Senior Management
Be ready to constantly working
Pros
ok pay for job field compared to other fast food restaurants.

great customers although sometimes they can be not so pleasant but mostly nice.
some area coaches can be great some can be a holes.
Cons
no free food for employees.
Advice to Senior Management
focus on training employees better.
Pros
a place to earn some money for daily expenditure
Cons
not a lot of room for career advancement, pay is not very good
Advice to Senior Management
should have a more productive schedule for employees
Pros
There is quick advancement in the company. A lot of teamwork is needed and also built into the company's culture. It's a fun environment when there is a good team working.
Cons
There has been a lot of changes in the company that sometimes it gets difficult to keep up. A lot of politics in the company.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay a little more attention to some of the crew members demeanor and attitudes when arriving at a store, although they may say everything is alright, they are too AFRAID to tell you the truth!!!
