    Pros

reputable company, has a small gym, day-care

    Cons

company's preference towards marketing department is very sickening (they regurgitate rhetoric that they paid for), little opportunity to grow, HR gives the impression of uselessness and fake, company would rather seek talent outside than train internally, everything seems fragmented, no process,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

standardize the business and tools, be proactive with dealing managers who have absolutely no credibility

    Pros

Higher pay than normal entry worker.
Getting days off isn't too hard.
    Free food.

    Cons

Relying on the previous shift manager to do their duties before they leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice to up management would be to promote the really hard workers and let the lazy people go. I've seen a lot of hard workers earn less and not get promoted than those who are lazy.

    Cons

Co workers suck because you start to see the same faces everyday and that's when people get annoying
Hours are terrible also if management doesn't like you they won't give you hours

    Pros

Very flexible with school schedules and understanding about school being my number one priority. I was quickly offered a manager position after 6 months of working there.

    Cons

Not room for growth or other opportunities other than getting an insignificant raise to be a manger. Their are no raises available other than becoming a manger and every week new employees are hired with little experience and I was having to train them without getting a raise which I was unhappy about.

    Pros

If you're lucky..You maybe able to control days off.

    Cons

Overworked for little pay and not always willing to meet your salary requirements...Come with a goal and work toward that goal and if there is no advancement offered move on...Know that you will put in long hours 55 plus is not unusual and you do not get a lot of holidays off..Just Christmas and Thanksgiving.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay you're employees what they are worth...The more they give the more you should give or compensate them.
