    Pros

This is a great company! As far as fast food restaurants, this one is by far the best. Amazing team member benefits, full time hours, management works closely with and helps team members. The work is not too hard. Nice, respectful co-workers and managers etc,.

    Cons

"Too easy to love." Like every fast food restaurant, there will be lazy people.

    Pros

Chance to move up in management. Good staff to work with.Good Benefits. opportunities to branch out and run new operations.

    Cons

LONG hours, a lot of menu items to manage, and with staff high turnover it makes it extra challenging. Other general managers with less experience were making more money.

I worked at Taco Bell full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The only pro of working for Taco Bell is that the hours are flexible, which is great when you are a college student.

    Cons

The rules are always changing, breaks are not given, audits, pay is horrible, especially for what they expect of you, unprofessional, unrealistic expectations from staff working in the stores, constant cutting of labor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper Management has completely lost touch with those that work on the floor.

I have been working at Taco Bell full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible to meet ones scheduling needs, decent pay as a manager. Raises are given at least twice a year. Bonuses come once a month.

    Cons

Crazy hours. Sometimes you will be required to work 5am to 4pm, other days its 3:30 pm to 2am. Your body will not be on any type of sleep schedule. Often employees like to gossip, but I believe that happens anywhere you work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the time to talk with each employee individually to express concerns.
