    The pro was getting paid weekly , competitive pay , and friendly co workers

    I was always held over time , inconsistent hours and had to deal with so many rude customers

    Pros

    They value hard work at this location (Mason Rd in Katy, TX). I was always given (at least) 40 hours a week. It's fast-paced. There is always something to do.

    Cons

    Customer complaints were the worst.

    Advice to Management

    Lupita in Katy is amazing.

    Employee discounts, set procedures are followed so there's not "he said, she said" rules

    Cons

    Manager was not willing to work with school schedule (college), shifts are extended without regard to one's outside responsibilities, nights were generally hectic (especially at 24-hr locations).

    Pay your people more and start caring about your employees because they are the reason why you get paid as much as you do.

    its a job that is crapy pay

    under paid under trained over worked don't follow federal guidlings for daily work

    Advice to Management

    don't hire employees that only speak Spanish pay the employees what they are truly worth if you change the hiring pay wage then the employees all ready there making less you have to raise their pay to what you are hiring new employees that don't know squat compaired to the employees that have been there for a very long time now the federal guide lines state for any one working four or more hours must get a break
