    Pros

They train you to do all jobs in the place, so it makes a good job to learn the fast food business while getting paid.

    Cons

None if you want fast food.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

    Pros

Scheduling was always fair and posted consistently. Management was engaged in training new staff and generally encouraging of employee independence, advancement, and decision making.

    Cons

Great disparity from branch to branch regarding restaurant and menu options, as well as leadership, customer service, and quality control.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the front line employees of your highest performing stores to develop more cohesive and up to date training materials for new employees across the board. Your greatest assets are those who have stuck with you.

    Pros

Flexible schedules, they will move you up if that is something you want, stays pretty busy, not a lot of down time.

    Cons

There is a lot of management drama, Micro-management, Look for the negatives in every situation, You never make the "right" decision.

    Advice to Management

Let your own management team make decisions instead of coming in and belittling them.

    Pros

Taco Time is a high quality fast food restaurant, a clean environment with efficient and organized management.

    Cons

High turnover, and favoritism by managers.

    Advice to Management

More communication with teams in the North and South. There is a division between the management and disconnect between stores in different areas. A more organized and efficient way of promoting staff that is not based on favoritism.

    Pros

u meet some very good people at taco time. and everyones very nice there. and i would go back if i had the chance.

    Cons

when it would get fast everyone would yell at everyone to go even more fast and thats hard when your going fast already.

    Advice to Management

just gotta do your best. and keep going for it. just keep trying new spots at taco time and then you will go higher.

  11. Great company to work for in the industry but don't expect teamwork it varies by location and clique.

I have been working at Taco Time

    Pros

Quick to train in most areas, work w/your schedule, upper corporate and upper management great to work with, multiple locations to work

    Cons

Minimal hours, middle managment issues (i.e. teamwork not always their mission condescending mannerisms, poor accountability), employee reviews close to non existent therefore raises rare and if PT (takes a while to become FT even if initially applied for) no benefits.

    Advice to Management

Stick to your mission statement and work WITH your employees to make sure your customers recieve what they're promised, " quaility food served by CARING people who go out of THEIR way to EXCEED expectations ". Teamwork is the best way for everyone and the company to excell and provide customers w/the best service possible. Unhappy employees lead to unhappy customers, a higher turnover rate, stress on site, cliques, and ultimately a loss of profit.
