I have been working at Tag Worldwide full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good people, highly ambitious business, leverage of DPDHL supply chain yet to be unlocked

    Cons

Takes a while to gain backing from senior business directors, sometimes slow in making decisions especially when involving changes to their processes. Still some time before real benefit is seen from unlocking DPDHL Supply chain capabilities

I have been working at Tag Worldwide full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Unique proposition that is not seen anywhere in the industry.
I can see the future being very good if we start working together and realise the vision.

    Cons

Senior management from parent company that actually miss the finite difference of who we are and we do what we do.

You work for the most renowned companies in the world
    Very helpful managers
    Friendly colleagues
    Very good location of offices
Great name to have on your cv

    Cons

Base salary is really low. In order to get paid a salary to keep up with the costs in London, you have to be an account manager.

I have been working at Tag Worldwide full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great people, enthusiastic, committed, hard working
Big emphasis on sharing knowledge and best practice, developing ideas through collaboration
You're made to feel like you're really valued and not just a cog in a machine
Nice bonuses (huge Christmas party, small annual incentives, discounted gym membership, etc.)
    Well organised

    Cons

Pay below the industry average (£5-10k in some cases)
Benefits aren't great (bike to work scheme, child care vouchers, PAYG healthcare, free eye tests for VDU users)
No formal pension scheme, opt-in on an employee by employee basis (although this will change with the new pension regulations)
    No share scheme
    No private healthcare

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Can be overly flexible in certain areas (too many ways of doing the same things) which can lead to inefficiencies.

    Pros

Manageable workload. Positive vibe. Flexible work hours. Relatively high salary compared to same positions in other agencies in my market.

I worked at Tag Worldwide full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pretty decent working environment with a good learning opportunity. Very little red tape.

    Cons

Salaried are a little below the norm. Employee reviews are done promptly but salary increases if any can take a few months to go through.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked in the NYC office and there seems to be a selected group of people that always get the promotions, salary increases and other perks more than others, specially if they come from the main London hub.

    Pros

Beer Fridays, fruit 2 or 3 days a week, cookie Wednesdays, and casual dress

    Cons

Disorganization and low pay. The usual sexism with a touch of the usual racism.
