    Pros

    Decent benefits with vacation pay. Good opportunities to make improvements.

    Cons

    Company is bought and sold to different private equity companies which means that management changes frequently.

    Pros

    It's a Job at a company where management does not know its ass form its elbow. In one sense it is frustrating in dealing with management to grow business and work day to day but you are able to blend in and not have to work so hard because they completely zap the will to work out of you.

    Cons

    The CEO is a joke and could never hold her position at ANY other company and the real brains behind the company (MM) although smart and eloquently spoken has no idea on how to drive revenue into the company.

    Advice to Management

    Go back to basics, you don't need all of your gimmicks to make sales and have long lasting relationships. Brenda MUST go.
