Current Employee – been working at TalentBurst as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – Fast growing company that has excellent client base with great contracts. I built a strong relationship with one of their recruiters in San Francisco. He is super efficient and we built a great relationship. I am currently working at one fo their largest customers in the Bay Area. Great recruiter follow up, excellent HR processes. These guys are on top of their game.
Cons – None that come to mind
Advice to Senior Management – Would be nice to see greater employee collaboration
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at TalentBurst as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – Good recruiter. Good clients to place contractors with.
Cons – I have had to chase them to get my paychecks. As noted by other reviews, they are horrible when it comes to paying contractors. Very unprofessional!
Advice to Senior Management – A paycheck IS the reason people work. I will not go through Talent Burst ever again, nor will I recommend them if they can't straiten out the most important aspect of working, which is getting paid.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Current Employee – been working at TalentBurst as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – never work with company as you will never be paid.
Cons – payment is a very big problem and you will get your payment on time. there was a delay of 3 months payment to my employer.
Have to call several times when we try to reach regarding payment, the answer would be the check has been mailed so that will give them 3 to 5 days breathing space.
Absolutely no response.
Totally unprofessional staff who will never respond to emails or calls.
Advice to Senior Management – try to work professionally
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at TalentBurst
Pros – there is more Flexibility because you are a contract temp worker so you cannot be forced to do over time
Cons – there are no raises, no promotions, and very little to no communication. I had no paycheck because their paycheck vendor had a problem and I didn't know about the issue until I went to my bank and had no money in my account.
Advice to Senior Management – have better compensation for your contract workers. All of their actual employees have wonderul benefits but their contractors have very poor benefits
