“Good when the market was fine, not so when the recession hit”
I worked at Talisman Executive Resourcing full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Finishing early on a Friday, a relaxed management style, good IT, nice offices, good benefits
Cons – A relaxed management style, poor financial disciple, an owner who wasn't interested in the business, unkept promises!
Advice to Senior Management – Get some better financial discipline, change your management style
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
