better service from associates than you would get from Wal-Mart
Cons – Worked as daytime Logistics team member. could have used extra help at times, mainly a one person job though

Pros – Everyday interactions with a diverse team. The fast paced environment allot he gives you the autonomy to make real life business decisions that will impacts teams and the global business.
Cons – Work / Life Balance. The environment is very demanding and requires you give many hours of work time to be successful.
Advice to Senior Management – Be realistic with the expectations.

Pros – Very easy to get hired.
Cons – Everything. Wages are horrible, raises are pathetic, management is incompetent, treatment of employees is horrendous.
