    Great starting job for beginners. All employees are nice and teach you what you wanna know.Great managers.

    Friendly team members, great place to work, the store is always clean and on top of things.

    Cons

    No one is ever on the same page, one person will tell you one thing and the other person will tell ya something completely different.

    I worked at Target full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Target was a great job whole attending college. They were flexible with my school schedule.I gad the opportunity to learn and grow my retail career.

    Cons

    Pay was just above minimum wage. Management always seemed stressed out. This was reflected through words and actions.

    Advice to Management

    Try to remain positive under all corcumstances. How you act determine how engaged your team will be. Attitude is contagious.

    Put time and focus on the leaders who have been with the company the longest and show passion around development. Chances are they know the most and will become the biggest bang for your buck.

    I have been working at Target full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Target is really making some great improvements right now. The work is hard, but it's innovative and exciting. It's nice to be part of a successful transformation.

    Cons

    With all of the transformation, there is a little uncertainty and an increased workload. The grey and the unknown can be a little scary, but things are clearly moving in the right direction.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to be as transparent and positive as possible. It is a great way to keep teams motivated and excited about the current direction of the company!
