    Pros

    Wonderful teamwork. Great pay and benefits.

    Cons

    No AC or heat, so the warehouse would get hot/cold. Very physically demanding job. You have to pass a physical to get hired.

    Management seems to care about concerns
    Team leaders try to establish a feeling of family and cohesiveness among the team members
    I was always given an escort to my vehicle after work when it was dark out... I always felt that my safety was a concern to caring management

    Cons

    I can't think of any! The only possible con that I can think of is that in the winter cold months working at the checkout lanes was freezing! The temperature control was impossible to maintain with constantly opening doors but that's not something that could be helped!

    LOVED my team mates. Made incredible friends which made coming to work every day SO great!

    You are quickly placed into certain boxes and depending on your manager or mentor, it can be difficult to get out of it.

    Target is such a great company to work for. The expectations are high but the leadership is strong to get there. It is an amazing company to work for with great promotional opportunities.
