    Pros

Management team very clear on value proposition and how product benefits all customer segments.
Mentally tough team capable of moving forward at times when most would not be able to keep going.

    Cons

    Underfunded.

Best ideas not executed due to lack of capital and management attention redirected to fund raising and crisis management as a result.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move company to larger group capable of providing financial platform to leverage team time and talent.

    I worked at Targetcast Networks

    Pros

Individually lots of good people who work hard. Lots of potential to make a difference as the company is small.

    Cons

Under funded startup. Still trying to prove their advertising business model. Culture is very last minute and reactionary. Communication is poor for size; difficult to plan or make progress given limited resources. Individual efforts not well coordinated until something becomes a crisis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Expect business to take much longer to develop. Prove concept on smaller scale that can be funded properly.
