    pay starts off bad but does increase
    you do get bonuses
    flexible work hours
    good benefits overall
    paid holidays

    Cons

    extremely stressful
    poor management and unprofessional management
    clicks'
    its who you know to advance
    too much driving not enough milage pay

    listen to employees
    don't allow supervisors to bully there staff
    stop worrying more about quantity than quality

    Pros

    Salary was OK.
    Consumers were very nice.
    Good computer equipment for doing reports.
    Nice office setting.

    Cons

    Management was awful. Frequently bad-mouthed employees to other employees.
    Manager's instructions were inconsistent and very confusing.
    Reimbursement for travel does not cover cost of travel.
    Training from HR department was not very helpful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't talk about one employee to another. Improve your travel policies. Make training and instructions relevant.

    The culture of doing, "the minimum." If that's for you, you'll love it there! Very disorganized atmosphere and long hours.
