    Pros

Very chill work environment. Very understanding management. Good place to work and especially to begin one's career.

    Cons

Not many. Company could learn to take more interest and help junior advisors get started, though, as part of getting used to market expectations for their role.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

I have been working at Tata AIA Life full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good Culture, Employee friendly and provides opportunities if one is patient and professional. The company truly has the Tata heart and AIA business practices

    Cons

Decision making is slow as the company has a strong 'doing it right' methodology which when affixed with employee protection, takes time for decision making till all aspects have not been considered. the company even offers opportunity for discussion and communication to errant employees

  10. A company with fantastic potential that desparately needs to get its formula right.

I have been working at Tata AIA Life full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fantastic work culture and team dynamic. Encourages employees to take ownership of the tasks at hand and accept higher levels of responsibility than the designation demands.

    Cons

Lack of recognition and any form of material appreciation of a job well done. Could do a lot more to motivate the employees.

    Advice to Management

Need to do a lot more to retain key talent. Without the recognition, it makes it difficult for achievers to stay motivated within the company and this attitude makes the decision to switch companies and seek better opportunities a very easy one.

I have been working at Tata AIA Life full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Professional and prompt in accordance to TATA standards. Values customer relationship and satisfaction.

    Cons

Branch administration and agent relations policies are not appreciable. They have practicing unfair strategies to a certain extent to procure the first business from their NLA. The pressure exerted on the agents is enormously unpractical.

    Advice to Management

improve relation with agents ... especially when licencing is concerned
