Pros
Learn new things quickly. Lot of opportunity for learning and easier onsite opportunity. Provide lot of in house and external training.
Cons
Growth opportunity is less and very slow. Compensation model is not good for employee how stay longer term with the company. Performance appraisal process needs to be more neutral and person independent.
Advice to Senior Management
Performance appraisal process needs to be more neutral and person independent. Compensation model needs to be at per industry to retain good talent within the company.
