- Very less increments and package after a considerable time of service also.

Proper allocation of resources as per their skillset.

Open Culture, understands and accepts the local employees in every country on equal footing. Good package @ onsite , plenty of onsite oppty, growth plan is objective & clear.

Middle management is sitting and eating a lot of breathing space/ top heavy and very Hierarchial , promotion policies cannot be tweaked much for high performers, no quality work , proper services company. Not good options for continuing education.
Advice to Senior Management
Route a way around middle management , to sometimes get rid of numbers. Employees are teated as herds without much choice left to them. Put in place university program to enable people to continue education.

Please don't be regionally biased and look for real RESOURCES around you. heads make the headcount, head with brain makes the buisness.

- Bureocracy (as many things have to be approved in other countries)

Not clear Career progression, Less Investment in latest technology, Need more maturity in process , Need better communication from Senior Management, Flexible Organization structure

To identify personal mentors for all associates and offer individual care and attention so that associates are receiving the necessary attention needed always, Comminucation needs to be more inclusive.

Please offer good compensation and provide other facilities to employees like transport which are available to only few employees. Also bring more transparency in appraisals.
