Pros – Excellent Processes to learn
No limits for Go-getters...
Huge presence in many nations
Excellent company to learn as a fresher....
If allocated in a good project there is no limits to learning potential.
Also, there are great onsite opportunities...

Cons – Intense processes followed for even small activities may sometime be frustrating.
Also, most projects are maintenance and support... Learning opportunities in these projects are very limited. The HR & Resource allocation group are very understaffed.
Also, work life balance is tough due to intense competition.
Salary package is abysmal.

Advice to Senior Management – There is a need to simplify processes and activities within the company. Otherwise the operational efficiency would go down pulling the company down.

Pros – Big company, competitive salary, good projects if you are lucky

Cons – work culture is very poor, hr does not take care of you. Regional politics is very nasty. You career if doomed forever if you are placed in a domestic project.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop hiring like carzy and take care of existing employees first.
