beautiful campus, work culture and beautiful people.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsIt is just by the side of Arabian sea. The sea breeze is very refreshing. Work culture is very good. There is one badminton court, gym facility and such kind of entertaining things. It's a really nice place.

ConsIn rainy season it rains continuously in Mumbai, so it become monotonus. I don't liked that. Additionally for me it is away from my home and the I don't like sea fishes served in the canteen here.

Advice to Senior Managementtry some bengali foods.

Nice place to do graduate studies

Graduate Study (Former Employee) Mumbai (India)

ProsThe area where TIFR is located is a great place to hang out. So even if things in the lab are not working you can take a break and then come back to work. The people at the institute are very friendly and the environment is always very helpful.

ConsThere are too many presentations throughout the year. What with causerie, journal club, lab meeting, annual talk, it is like you are giving a talk every two months. Working over the weekend is expected.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
