    Pros

    Employees are treated very well, facilities provided by the company are unparalleled in the city also the ethical values are quite ardently followed.

    Cons

    The veterans behave as if they own the company. Growth is almost stagnant and the compensation offered is probably the lowest in the sector. Distribution of projects is quite haphazard and the decision making process is extremely sluggish.

    Downsizing could be considered as an option for there are numerous people who are more or less doing the same thing.
