    Pros

    Brand Name, Large Organisation, Monetary benefits are good, the executive holiday plan and other perks are great. higher management is accessible.

    Cons

    Location isn't great for people who want city life. some hint of red-tapeism can be seen, but still it is better than other steel companies in India.

    Pros

    Good health and safety procedures in place. Training is good with internal and external courses being delivered.

    Cons

    Hard to get noticed, with little reward for going that extra mile or even working overtime on a daily basis. Little motivation, and employees are often bored.

    freedom of execution, transparent policies and ethical conduct. You get all the security of a sarkari naukri and luxury of a corporate life....

    Cons

    growth is slow. sometimes location becomes a trouble for the education of students especially if you are in jajpur.

    need more focus on recreational activities and develop strong system for boosting the career growth for employees where they feel encouraged.

    Pros

    One of the best companies to start your career. infact there are hardly any companies who provide so much job security. The company has become an institution

    Cons

    It has become monolith. Raw Material Division used to be very difficult location to work, however now they have come with several benefits to motivate people at raw material division

    Advice to Management

    Nothing in particular, however I had to deal with one person in the company who would always talk about tata Values but would behave 180 degree opposite
