    Great Mentoring & Hand-holding
    Lot of work around new projects and innovations. You get to work both with the Senior Management and some world class consultants.
    Good HR practices, employees feels taken care of.

    Great past...which the company and employees take pride in

    Cronyism is rampant...Senior Management considers themselves nothing less than God leaving you with very little freedom to act

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hopefully with New MD at the helm of affairs, things will improve. But again have very little hope with the new man in the President Role will be able to motivate the people around him. Past MD was simply a poor example of putting an incompetent person on leadership position and on almost all values he falls way short..Hopefully the new MD will bring change as fresh whiff of air...
