    Pros

    So Many - 1- Good HR Policies 2- Good Senior Management 3- Good Employee Benefits 4- Strong cultural values 5 - People around are very friendly 6 - Good Salary package 7- TGBL stands with you in every need 8 - People friendly CIO/CEO

    Cons

    Very Few but majorly - 1- Sometimes promotions and benefits stuck because of your line manager. 2- Few managers/employees are absolute Incompetent

    Advice to Management

    Not many except try to understand new joiners who are also willing to contribute along with old timers and work on iteration rate which is recently high there

    Some great brands, good people, lots of potential with good compensation and benefits

    Lack of clarity about goals and objectives and a slowness to react to changing market conditions

    Pros

    People are nice and friendly.

    Cons

    Lack of progression, pay below market rates, make you work long hours and don't expect you to have life after tata. Sets you back 10 years compared to UK/American counterparts

    Advice to Management

    Have proper channels for staff to vent their grievieances and take appropriate action, especially bullying by certain managers Allow career progression for those who have qualified in their areas

    No plans of development of people ,Less perks compare to industry,late decisions,no aggregation

    A very good company since my grand father but a mass change of policy as well as its activities of diversification away from manufacturing to marketing.

    Needed to keep the the higher standard it maintained since its birth.
