Pros
I have adored working at Tata Tele is because every moment was very challenging. Being in telecom industry its very tough to meet the deadlines on a daily basis and stay ahead in the competition so you really need to be on your toes. That work atmosphere will bring out the best in you.

I feel the management should be more aggressive towards new product plans and implementing them in order to increase sales.

HR sucks, office is terrible, employees come last in all priorities. Terrible pay, untransparent HR policies, managers feel powerless on people issues

Either let the team chosen to run the business do their job or replace them - a team hobbling with one leg and two arms tied can't compete in telecom

Tata is very Ethical company,working here would be a life time experience in many sense.The very good thing about the company is thr are ample other opportunities if you are not satisfied with ur current profile through the process of IJP ie internal transfers.

The management needs to be a little more professional in thr attitude watsoever situation is.Higher management ought to respect thr employee irrespective of the position vice versa.Employee development and the interest should be given more priority.
