ProsThe best thing about TaxMasters is the schedule. You are free to work whenever you would like as long as you put in your 40 hours and the majority of them are during "normal business hours."

ConsWorking at TaxMasters requires you to take a lot of abuse for promises made by the sales team. You need a really thick skin to work here.

Advice to Senior ManagementMimic the business practices of similar firms in the industry. Hire more people. Find ways to retain the ones you do hire.

ProsPay is above most companies for entry level financial analyst. Can advance fairly quickly if you have the credentials. No problems with software.

ConsCustomer complaints. Process time for files. Case load is very heavy and can be a big problem if not handle well.

Advice to Senior ManagementCut down on the process time of files and keep putting people with great experience in leadership roles. Work harder to keep down customer complaints.
