    Pros

Good benefits and schedule. Peers try to do their best for the company. There is interest from the employees to move the company forward.

    Cons

Company has many issues with unsatisfied customers.
Company need to hire more qualified people. It is not cuantity it is quality what the company needs.

    Advice to Management

Have a refund policy in place
Hire 2 qualified people instead of 4 unqualified

    Pros

You were able to help people that really needed it regarding the IRS. I learned to work with all sort of people from sales people to operations.

    Cons

There was not a lot of structure in the company. It is really hard to rate anything for the future since they went bankrupt in April, 2012

    Advice to Management

Upper management in the sale department needed to take charge and get the sale people under control. They would promise anything just to make a sale.

    Pros

NONE - this place was full of immature and dishonest people

    Cons

working there - everything about this place was horrible

    Advice to Management

hire and promote qualified people - a person who barely has a high school diploma should not be a manager

    Pros

The best thing about TaxMasters is the schedule. You are free to work whenever you would like as long as you put in your 40 hours and the majority of them are during "normal business hours."

    Cons

Working at TaxMasters requires you to take a lot of abuse for promises made by the sales team. You need a really thick skin to work here.

    Advice to Management

Mimic the business practices of similar firms in the industry. Hire more people. Find ways to retain the ones you do hire.

    Pros

Pay is above most companies for entry level financial analyst. Can advance fairly quickly if you have the credentials. No problems with software.

    Cons

Customer complaints. Process time for files. Case load is very heavy and can be a big problem if not handle well.

    Advice to Management

Cut down on the process time of files and keep putting people with great experience in leadership roles. Work harder to keep down customer complaints.
