I have been working at Team Enterprises as a contractor (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Work from home, flexible hours, free liquor, free promotional items,

    Cons

70% travel and not enough money to cover all costs, they will work you way over the hours and not pay you. The only way to get ahead is to know someone who works there. They hire people that are incompetent to do a job and then they don't train them properly. They just let you figure it out, and then they get upset when you don't know what you're doing. Horrible communication!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop hiring alcoholics that are not capable of doing their jobs.

    Pros

If your personality is outgoing this is the job for you! The hours aren't terrible if you don't mind working at night time. Its amazing pay especially if you love promoting and engaging in customers.

    Cons

You get paid once a month and the paychecks sometimes are late or not the right amount. But their are ways of fixing that problem if you keep track of your own hours. Also you don't work every night so this job shouldn't be your main income.

I have been working at Team Enterprises full-time

    Pros

Great combination of working independently, but having the support and resources of a large agency. Those who make positions their own will thrive and advance.

    Cons

Like any other agency, you're at the whim of clients. While flexible, schedules are not regular for people looking for a 9-5 type of job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen and be open-minded. What's been built to date is great, but there's always room for improvement. Also, start thinking about the next round of leadership.

I worked at Team Enterprises as a contractor

    Pros

I worked as an IC promo model for this company several years ago and enjoyed it. The events were 3-6 hours and the manager trained us well. The pay at that time was good. And there were plenty of promos.

    Cons

I started working again for them this year and now a lot of the events are two hours. The pay has not gone up from several years ago either. Also, now you have to pay monthly a fee to be on their online booking system, which DOESNT WORK! Staff and management have trouble with there online system. I have been in this industry 8 years. You never ever EVER pay to work. Esp a site that has major malfunctions.
Laslty, the management should train better and the outfits should be cuter. White shorts with black heels? Are you kidding me?

I hope they know now why half their girls are chubby and unattractive. Don't blame them pay better and do a better job on YOUR end.
