    Great events that they handle

    Cons

Budget on program was not followed lost of wasted cash that would have been incentives for the BA's.

    Advice to Management

I like working for this comapny

    Pros

Flexibility of making your own schedule as a promotional specialist. Pay is good and you are not considered an independent contractor, but rather a part time employee so taxes are taken out of your paycheck. I personally find that to be a positive come tax time, but others may not.

    Cons

Depending on time of year there may be less promotions to work but that is the norm with any marketing agency.

    Advice to Management

There seem to have been a lot of changes within the last year at Team Enterprises so it can be a bit confusing at times. Other than that, I am very happy working for this company.

    Pros

Great company to work for as a PS.

    Cons

No Diversity in upper management. Unless you are caucasian don't expect to move up in this company.

    Advice to Management

There should be some diversity in the hiring process of upper management.

    Pros

Worked remotely. My manager was encouraging, kind, and knew what she was doing. Not all managers were like this according to my colleagues. Paid cell phone, company credit card for TE etc. Overall pretty organized.

    Cons

Not enough on-site training. They don't seem to care much about culture and values. Not enough on-site training and review. I had a leg up from working as an Assistant Manager in my market for a year before I took my role, but I wouldn't have known how to improve without my old manager hanging around in my region to help me.

    Pros

I love the Team Managers in our area. Very friendly and down to earth, always available via email/ text/ phone call.

    Cons

Could use a little more paid team trainings to help me feel like a "professional"

    Pros

Great, flexibility in scheduling, fun job, nice clients

    Cons

A lot depends on your team leader

  9. A new position removed after only 6 months. So much for 'job security'. I have since decided to go back to school.

    Pros

    Pay and benefits were good.

    Cons

I worked in a new program and they didn't know what they wanted from us, so the goals kept changing and adding on to previous goals, until you felt scattered and chaotic. Also, the paperwork seemed endless, to the point that it made it difficult to do well at your other ever-changing goals. I know it was the client who was largely responsible for this, not Team.

    Advice to Management

Don't rush into a new program. Make sure you meet with the client first and set up goals and objectives ahead of time before you hire good people, then remove their position after only six months, due to budget and defined goals provided too little, too late.

    Pros

Work from home, flexible hours, free liquor, free promotional items,

    Cons

70% travel and not enough money to cover all costs, they will work you way over the hours and not pay you. The only way to get ahead is to know someone who works there. They hire people that are incompetent to do a job and then they don't train them properly. They just let you figure it out, and then they get upset when you don't know what you're doing. Horrible communication!

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring alcoholics that are not capable of doing their jobs.
